Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support strategic projects across divisions and departments
- Organize high-level meetings including Europe Investment Committee and monthly management meetings including Board of Directors’ Meeting
- Manage logistics: scheduling, venue setup, materials preparation
- Maintain and manage internal approval process, legal documents
- Record minutes and track follow-up actions
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external use
- Liaise with top management, internal stakeholders and global headquarters (Japan) to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and escalate issues when needed
- Support the Corporate Planning Department Manager and team in ad hoc strategic tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum university bachelor’s degree (e.g. economics)
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, corporate planning, or executive support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; any other European languages (Dutch/ French/ German) and Japanese proficiency is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information

- Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across departments
- Experience in preparing executive-level documents and presentations
