President Message

The mission of the Toyota Tsusho Group is to continuously address ever-changing needs, develop new business models and continue to offer unprecedented added value that contributes to the development of an enriched society under the slogan of “Passing on a better global environment to the children of the future”.

Nowadays we are surrounded by rapid changes in the external environment, for example rising geopolitical risks, natural disasters and urgent responses to decarbonisation etc. However, even in this rapidly changing world we prepare for the various possible scenarios and respond to the related risks using our experience, know-how, and passion, and we provide diverse options to satisfy the demands of the market and our customers.

Our goal is not only to keep providing our existing services adapted to the changes just in front of us. Our goal is also to create and realise new products, services and solutions that clearly differentiate us, Toyota Tsusho, from our competitors now and in the future. We aim to make sure we continue being a company selected by our customers and society.

To remain successful, we prioritise five domains of materiality in Europe:

On the other hand, we are also strongly aware of our social responsibility to our communities. All our members here in Europe possess the high level of awareness needed to develop a better global environment through our corporate behaviour. Through our business and non-business activities, we demonstrate we are good corporate citizens and motivate ourselves to do even more.
