Production Chief

General Qualifications:

We are looking for Production Chief with below qualifications for our factory located in Adapazari.

• Minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge in Automotive sector and production engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Team and/or project leadership skill/experience.
• Advanced level of technical strength, curiosity and experience to be able to improve site operations.
• Able to use related CAD programs (Preferably CATIA, Solidworks) and familiar to part/assembly design and engineering principles.
• SAP usage and PP module knowledge preferable.
• High communication skills to lead and motivate relevant organization.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Flexibility to travel abroad, no restrictions to travel abroad.
• Having driving licence (B class).
• Willing to reside in Sakarya.

Job Description:

Our successful candidate will be;

• Executing and reporting production activities within safety and quality rules, instructions and standards based on monthly plans.
• Carrying out necessary training and rotation plans regarding personal development for team-work, collaboration and harmony.
• In Timely coordination with Maintenance Team regarding robustness of machines, equipments and tools for sustainable and reliable production.
• Making feasibility studies and improvement projects for safer, qualified and more effective operations in the production (KAIZEN).
• Following up new model trials closely, and preparation/revising necessary documents (machine setup standards, quality check sheets, packing standards etc.).
• Technical support and feasibility studies to support management regarding new investments.
