I.T. Engineer or I.T. Specialist

As a member of Toyota Tsusho Europe SA (TTESA) Global Key Account Management (GKAM) for our Logistics division, he/she will coordinate with each Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC) entity in Asia, Australia, North America, Europe, Egypt, with regards to WMS or other related IT system set up, monitor all global projects IT related projects progress on weekly basis, escalate internally if any project progress delay compare with agreed schedule with final customer and each TTC entity. Through proceeding on such IT related projects, he/she will be involved into related commercial condition negotiation or internal logistics process definition in order to align relevant IT process.

Work Place:

• TESA warehouse in Casier (TV) – Italy; together with other GKAM members.

Reporting:

• TTESA L&M Business Unit head or another managers in GKAM team.

Number of subordinates:

• None.

Know-how:

• Understanding and knowledge of TTC own WMS development for final customer; it will be important to be aligned with inherent global customer strategy.

Communications scale and skills:

• Need to proceed communications with customer local and Global Purchasing / logistics team in North America/Asia-Pacific/Europe, to report projects status; communications with TTC entities and GKAM team; communications with current WMS service providers in China and Europe (software developers); TTESA Risk Management in case of contract review for TTESA business cases.

Problem solving:

• Be able to identify blocking points of each global project (technical side or logistics process issue), to be able to provide solution proposal to both internal stakeholder as well as with customer.

Creative thinking:

• Need to be able to propose/evaluate system processes linked to logistics processes to reach balanced agreement with both internal stakeholder and customer, taking into account commercial conditions in terms sensible cost decisions.

Accountability:

• Responsible for process defined projects based on approved condition by his supervisors. Not responsible for final project success.
